It was on Wednesday when a Delhi resident Haseen Khan was returning home with his 50-old-mother and a toddler on his bike. And when during the course of the journey a speeding i10 car allegedly brushed 28-year-old Khan’s motorcycle, he had no idea that thing would go ugly. What happened after that left many stumped as it turned out to be another road-rage incident in the national Capital.
In the incident that took place in Northwest Delhi’s Bhalswa Dairy near Gurjar chowk on Wednesday and a reported by a national daily, four men came out of the car and allegedly started hurling abuses at Khan. What happened next was more shocking as the men started thrashing Khan. In the fight that took place Khan’s mother and his three-year-old son also got injured.
In a written complaint, according to the daily, Khan said he somehow managed to call his father, Gayur Alam, who rushed to the spot. Alam too was beaten. After thrashing Khan and his father, the men made way from the spot.
After receiving a call, police too reached the spot and rushed the injured father and son duo to a local hospital. After getting treatment, Khan was discharged. However, Alam continues to get treatment at the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital.
Police said they have registered a case under unknown persons at the Bhalswa Dairy police station, reported the daily.
