Portal for complaint against pvt schools launched

Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia on Thursday launched a web portal doepvt.delhi.gov.in for better monitoring and effective Disposal/Redressal of grievances related to Private Unaided Recognised schools of Delhi.

Highlights/Main features of The Directorate of Education (DOE) web portal:

The Link for the said portal shall also be available on the website of DOE i.e. edudel.nic.in

This portal has been developed with the help of National Informatics Centre (NIC) , Delhi state centre

A citizen can file his/her grievance/complaint in respect of Private Unaided Recognised schools of Delhi on this web portal.

When citizen file his grievance, he will be asked for his mobile number on which SMS about Registration/Action taken shall be sent.

When citizen files his grievance, a unique grievance ID shall be generated.

The grievance shall be dealt by district concerned and a time limit of 15 days is normally prescribed for routine nature grievances.

The current status of the grievance will be visible on real time basis on the above mentioned web portal.

Citizen can give his feedback on the action taken by the department.
