Okhla’s Faraz eyes Mr India glory

Altamash Faraz, a 6 foot tall handsome legal graduate Amitian from Johri Farm, Okhla, is all set to represent the Capital in all its glory, writes Rizvana for OKHLATIMES.COM.

farazFaraz comes from a family of a legal associate father and a doctor mother to the presidential estate. Hailing his roots from Turkish decent, he has proved his mettle in terms of giving fierce competition to the rest of the fifteen contestants at Peter England Mr India 2016.

He has a strong bank of skills which he has been using from the start of this competition and has been the initial favourite of people like Prasad Bidappa, ace photographer, Amit Khanna and Vinay Gupta.

Faraz has recently done commercials for Samsung and Uber which can be easily seen in various parts of the city in terms of visual media campaigns. With looks to kill, he surely seems to be a strong future artist.

What is his USP? Well, the fact that he has not merely a good looking face but has a strong dynamic presence on screen. With having various short films and small stint in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, he has surely proved his skills for the age he is in.

The young charismatic lad has developed his skills from an early age with being involved in athletics in school till the State level, with a poignant academic presence in Amity Law School and then moving on to theatre and dramatics in his later years in the University.

Faraz has always been passionate about keeping himself fit and has always tried to bring out the best in him in every paradigm be it sports, curricular or volunteering for various non-profit organisations.

He has always believed that what you reap is what you sow and that has always been his mantra in life. He has given his time and energy to various organisations in the city which include rock climbing workshops, swimming trainings, regular mini marathons in Lutyens’ Delhi and many more.
