Okhla-based social activist Nazia honoured

Social activist Nazia Hassan has been honoured for her social work in educating the deprived. She wrote: “Today in Plasma, Rizwan Khan gave me an achievement trophy in social work for education!!”


Okhla-based Nazia is a social activist who is also social worker at Jasola Government Girls’ School. She encouraged several Jamia Nagar students who came out with flying colour in the recently held CBSCE exams.

Plasma is run by Khan who besides guiding students to crack entrance exams of various universities is also into social work.

Khan provides scholarship to needy educated children. Moreover, Plasma recently opened a library in the locality to help poor children provide right study environment.

Recently, Khan had launched a campaign in the locality to get old books. He had succeeded in his endeavour by collecting several books that were meant for the deprived.
