The young medallists

The young medallists. In an event at Jamia Millia Islamia, several students were given medals by Rizwan Khan, director of Okhla-based Plasma coaching institute. A quiz contest on Dr AJP Abdul Kalam was held on the campus and medals were distributed to students for committing to be part of book bank launched by Plasma in the locality, said Khan.

“We are running campaign to convince students and responsible residents to be part of the book collection bank. The purpose is that once we have enough books, we have plans to open a library for the deprived. We plan to open a library in Okhla and our hometown Gaya as well,” said Khan, who has been running his institution for years, guiding youngsters in the right direction.

Khan said these days Plasma is running seven-hour Dr QH Khan batch helping students to crack entrance exams of Jamia, AMU and other universities across the country. He said recently people from Hyderabad did visit his centre at Okhla Head and were left impressed by the Dr QH Khan batch after interacting with the students.

It was decided to provide one hour class to students so that they can understand Quran and become good human beings, said Khan.
