A resident of Abul Fazal Enclave suffered a fatal heart attack and collapsed in bathroom to be only found by his brother, according to family friends.
“When Ibadur Rahman Khalid, 53, didn’t turn up at his father’s house in AFE on Azad Road his brother got worried and went to the house where he used to live. As his family had gone to hometown, he was living alone. When Ibadur didn’t respond to his brother’s call, the man got more worried and after entering the house he found his brother nowhere.
“And as he was searching for him, he found Ibadur collapsed in the bathroom with the towel hanging. He picked up and moved him to the cot and called the doctor. But it was too late by then as doctor declared him dead after reaching the house,” said Nasim Ur Rahman, a family’s relative.
Ibadur was a staffer in Majeedia Hospital. Originally from Madhubani, he was living in Delhi for the last 40 years. Before moving to Oklha in 1995, the family lived in Old Delhi, claimed Rahman. Ibadur is survived by wife, father and mother and brothers.
He was buried after Maghrib prayer in Batla House graveyard a few days ago.
