Tata Photon USB not working properly in Okhla: UsersOT, 0 IST Noushu Ali/Batla House
Tata Photon USB device users in the Okhla area are having problems with their internet connection. Many users have complained of connection break-up and slow services. At times they are even unable to access their online accounts. The problem peaked during the last week, according to a regular user. Soni Khanam, who has been using Tata Photon for the last one year, said: “The service is not good these days. I am unable to check my emails due to slow service. I have complained to the Tata Photon officials, but the problem has yet not been addressed. Even engineers were unable to fix the problem.” She said some Tata Photon insiders told her that the problem will persist till the weekend. Gulshar Ahmed, filed engineer, said: “We are working overtime to fix the problem. But it may take some time.” Every day Tata Photon office in the area receives three complaints regarding networking problem, a field official said on the condition of anonymity. The problem started after a tower in Zakir Nagar was sealed, he added. Upset with the poor service, many loyal Tata Photon subscribers in the locality have switched over to Reliance and MTS. Quazi Raghib, who earlier was a Tata Photon user, said: “I am happy with MTS as the speed is good. I changed it after I faced a lot of problem with Tata Photon.”
