INL demands financial assistance to family of Junaid

Indian National League (INL) president visited village Kandawali, Ballabhgarh in Haryana and met with the families of Hafiz Junaid who was stabbed to death two days before Eid on a train over seat argument that later turned communal and violent.

INL’s president Mohammad Sulaiman condemned the act and demanded the Centre as well as State Government to take immediate action to stop this type of atrocities against Indian Muslims.

INL delegation headed by Sulaiman and other office bearers met with the family members of Junaid and his villagers.

The INL demanded immediate financial assistance to the family of Junaid and take action against the main accused.

“Police should take immediate action under section 182/183 IPC and confiscate properties of the main accused,” he said.

The INL delegation included Ahmed Dever Kovil (INL national general secretary, Rafi Ahmad (INL Delhi president) Mozammil Hussain (Delhi general secretary), Qamar Ali (Delhi secretary), Sadat Anwar, Shakeel Ahmad, Anees Ahmad, Syed Junaid and others.
