Experts to mull on continuity and change in India-Kuwait relations

The India Arab Culture Centre, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is going to organize an International Seminar on “Continuity and Change in India-Kuwait Relations” on September 28, 2011 at about 10 AM. E Ahamed, Minister of State for External Affairs, government of India, will inaugurate the session. After that Najeeb Jung, Vice-Chancellor, JMI will deliver the presidential address. Thereafter, keynote address will be delivered by H.E. Sheikh Amthal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the concluding remarks will be made by H. E. Sami Mohammad Al-Sulaiman, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to India.

The seminar is spread across two sessions – “Contemporary Dynamics” and “Political and Cultural Engagement,” claims the media coordinator.
 
The speakers in the first session include Dr. Yaqoub Y Al-Haji (Kuwait), Prof. Gulshan Dietl (India), Dr. Mohammad Abdul Hadi Jamal (Kuwait) and Dr. Rushda Siddiqui (India). This session will be chaired by Ambassador KP Fabian.
 
The speakers in the second session include Sasikumar (India), Dr. Loubna Al-Ghadi (Kuwait), Dr. Khaled Al Razni (Kuwait), Dr. Abdullah Al-Qatam (Kuwait), Dr. Ginu Zacharia Oommeen (India). This session will be chaired by Ambassador Swashpawan Singh.
 
The valedictory address will be delivered by Prof. Grijesh Pant, Vice-Chancellor, Doon University.
