Jamia to start yoga classes

The Games & Sports Office of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is going to start Yoga classes by trained Yoga teachers for faculty members, staff and students of the university considering the fact that thatYoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance and endurance that bring a lot of health benefits.

The Yoga classes shall be held in Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi Sports Complex, JMI with effect from May 23, 2016 on all working days except holidays (Saturday & Sunday) from 6.30 AM to 08.30 AM in the morning while in the evening the classes will be held from 06.00 PM to 09.00 PM. These classes may be attended by the university officials and students on the payment of a monthly nominal fee.
