Jamia Prof to teach at National University of Singapore

Professor Kadloor Savitri, Department of Political Science, Jamia Millia Islamia has been selected for deputation as Visiting Professor to Indian Council for Cultural Relations Chair at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore for a period of one academic year commencing from August 2016.

Professor Savitri has twenty years of teaching experience. She has many Fellowships and Awards to her credit including UGC Junior Research Fellow/NET, 1991-1995 and UGC Research Award (Post-Doctoral Fellow), 2012-2014. Prof. Savitri would be involved in teaching and guiding research at the National University of Singapore after discussing and finalizing the curriculum in consultation with the university.

Her experience of teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate level is of nineteen years and she is doing research guidance since 2003. Professor, (since 8 January 2012), Department of Political Science, Jamia, guiding PhD research, teaching courses on International Organization, International Human Rights System, Rights of the Refugees, and Minority Rights.
