Jamia students’ Incredible India work mesmerises bigwigs in City of Nawabs

An exhibition conceptualised and organised by Jamia Millia Islamia students Ramisha Shams and Noman was well received by people in Lucknow on September 11 at 5:30 pm in Kala Srot Art Gallery.

The subject and theme of the exhibition dealt with the diverse and rich culture tradition of Incredible India, said Ramisha.

“The exhibition swings from being religious at times towards veering to being absolutely non-religious. It talks on the subject of humanity and then dives into the natural world,” she said.

This exhibition is on view till September 17 from 11 am to 7 pm and was inaugurated by Nawab Jafar Mir Abdullah.

Among other notable guest were SM Pari, senior photojournalist Iqbal Ahmad Azami Madani and Qari Abdul Rahiman who graced the occasion and gave encouragement to artists.
