The Muslims of Jamia Nagar voted AAP party to power with the ardent confidence that the party once into power will give its due attention towards cleanliness and other burning issues, as it did in the first stint of its government.
Now that the government is in majority it is least bothered about cleanliness.
For the last eight months, dusts and garbage have been lying unattended, with no one to bother in Jamia Nagar.
And as the Delhi government picks up verbal fight with the Centre Delhi, especially Abul Fazal Enclave is being neglected. AFE’s roads are occupied by illegal parking, the drainage system completely choked, dirty government schools, streets etc, with lots of mosquitoes to add to the woes.
I have been writing for pollution free Delhi, the apathy of AFE since August 2015 but no remedy to this day. Hope the Kejriwal government will get down to real work than spending money on publicity.
