Rohingya refugee camp in Nooh: Fire guts mosque, madarsa; 1 critical

Late night blaze in Rohingya Muslim refugee camp in Nooh, Mewat detroyed a mosque, madarsa and school, according to Okhla based activist Anisur Rahman.

He told OT.COM that two people got injured with one in critical condition undergoung treatment at a hospital.

Some 600 refugees have been residing in the camp. Following the fire the study of students has been hit hard.

“As you know the mosque, madarsa and school was built after great effort. We don’t know from where to get money for rehabilitation work,” he said sharing a few photos from the spot.
