A three-year-old girl Farhin was rescued from a kidnapper by the local police of PS New Friends Colony, according to officials.

By that time other passersby also joined in to foil the kidnapping incident. And it was then when one police man on patrolling duty in the area reached there and rescued the girl, said the official.
