Ex-AMU student leader Qamar fighting for life in hospital after suffering heart attack

Former Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) student leader Qamar Alam suffered heart attack today at 7 pm and was rushed to a local hospital where is condition is stated to be critical, according to family sources.

Sarwar Khan said: “We are praying for his quick recovery.”

Safiqur Rahman, who had rushed to Escort after coming to know about the incident, told OT.COM from the hospital that we are praying that his conditions improves.

“He has been put on ventilator and we are just praying for him. He suffered heart attack today and was rushed to Escort Fortis,” said Qamar’s relative Imdad Ullah. The ex-AMU leader is resident of Shaheen Bagh.
