Unique campaign kick-starts to educate the poor

If you want to empower the marginalized the best thing is to educate them and that is what a resident of Okhla is busy in these days. To achieve the target collect old as well new books so as to start a library in his hometown, a group of students under the guidance of Rizwan Khan has collected about 1,000 books.

A campaign has been started at Okhla Head today. “We are really happy to get closer to achieve target set by us. Till now we have collected 1,000 books, 150 new books, 300 old pens and 45 new pens that are to be circulated among the poor. With these items I am planning to open a library on my late father Dr QH Khan’s name in my hometown Gaya,” Rizwan Khan, director of Plasma coaching institute said.

Also, he thanked his students, who eagerly participated in the campaign so as to finish the project as soon as possible.

“It is not for the first time that we have been doing this. Earlier, too we started such campaign with great success. It is important that the poor students should get opportunities to study and change their lives. We plan to empower them by keeping these books in the library so that they could easily access them from time to time and improve their education,” he said.
